Construction deposit
Due on signing the construction agreement. Buys materials in your name and locks your build calendar.
03 Pay-as-built
Build-phase invoices
Foundation · framing · dry-in · finish. Pay only when there's something to show for it.
The estimate I quote is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no surprise change orders.

Site evaluation & design consultation.
Every consultation covers a full property walkthrough, tree and site evaluation, equipment-access planning, a preliminary design discussion, project review, and budget and timeline consultation — closing with written recommendations and clear next steps.
